Born in 1970s Paris, Bom.k delved into graffiti as a teenager, inspired by the vibrant southern suburbs' street art scene. Introduced to spray cans by friends, he embraced graffiti's transformative power through seminal works like "Subway Art" and "Spraycan Art." A self-taught artist, he explored various facets of graffiti over the next decade, transitioning from trains to walls and expansive murals.

His childhood passion for drawing evolved, shifting from lettering to a more figurative style. Returning to Paris in 1999, Bom.k co-founded the Da Mental Vaporz collective with Iso and Kan. The group pushed graffiti's aesthetic boundaries, exploring themes like madness, social exclusion, and fear. Over time, new members joined, and the collective expanded globally, participating in festivals and exhibitions, showcasing their diverse inspirations from artists like M.C. Escher and H.R. Giger.

Bom.k's technical mastery and compositional skills earned him recognition, featuring in publications such as Etapes Graphiques and Graphotism. Simultaneously, he pursued intensive studio work, creating intricate pieces with pencils, spray cans, and acrylics. Galleries in France and abroad, including Europe, the United States, and Asia, showcased his works in solo and group exhibitions.

The release of his book "HB Blacktrace" in 2007 solidified Bom.k's international standing in the post-graffiti, illustration, and contemporary art scenes. Today, he resides and works between Paris and northern France.
