This city surrounded by Los Angeles, long identified with its film studios, received three Invader mosaics between 1 August 2008 and 9 April 2011, for 110 points in the FlashInvaders game. All three are gone.

The locations covered Helms Avenue, in the converted district of the former Helms industrial bakeries, along with Washington Boulevard and Sepulveda Boulevard, two major arteries of the metropolis. These are areas that changed heavily in the following decade, between brownfield redevelopment and the renewal of commercial frontages.

That complete disappearance fits a general pattern: around the Los Angeles basin the artist lost nearly every piece, 165 of 190 in the central city, and every single one in Santa Monica, West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. No European city shows rates like these.
