This Valais resort, perched on a plateau above the Rhône valley, received four Invader mosaics at the turn of 2013 into 2014, between 30 December and 2 January, for 110 points in the FlashInvaders game. None has been lost.

The timing is unusual: the artist normally works in the mountains during summer, when resorts empty out. Here the campaign ran through the festive week, at peak occupancy, which means installing quickly and discreetly. The locations cluster around Place du Village and Route Nord, that is, the pedestrian core.

The complete survival of the series, twelve years on, comes down to the fabric: chalets and resort blocks in timber and masonry, maintained but rarely demolished, in a commune whose built perimeter has barely shifted since the 1970s.
