Seville's street art scene took shape in the 2000s and 2010s, with a turning point in 2010 when the Arte Para Todos project transformed the working-class Polígono San Pablo district into one of Europe's largest open-air museums by inviting around forty international artists. The Street Art Cities platform now documents over 495 works across the city.

The Polígono San Pablo remains the flagship showcase. La Macarena, San Luis, and the Alameda de Hércules also host significant murals, while Triana - with its ceramic heritage and Calle Pureza - blends historic identity with contemporary creations. The Calle Rey Juan Carlos I, a 3-kilometer axis from Alamillo Park to Plaza de Armas, is the city's only officially legal public graffiti space.

Ukrainian duo AEC & Waone and Spanish artist Raúl Ruiz are among the most recognized international contributors. The Meeting of Styles festival, which brought together 60 local and international artists in May 2023, reflects the scene's international appeal. Guided street art tours are available through the main neighborhoods.
