Azagra is a Spanish municipality in the Ribera Alta of Navarre, with around 3,600 inhabitants. Located on the right bank of the Ebro river, at the foot of the Peña del Águila limestone cliffs, it is an agricultural town known for its vegetable crops, its crafts and its medieval heritage.

Its street art scene has grown around the Grafitarras festival, launched in 2018 and one of the very few European mural events entirely dedicated to female artists. Each edition invites a dozen muralists to transform façades, gardens and disused plots. The Papaver dubium mural by Galician artist Doa Oa, painted in 2024 on a plot reclaimed as a community garden, ranked 19th best mural in the world on Street Art Cities.

Azagra is part of an emerging Navarre mural circuit alongside Pamplona, Tudela and Estella.
