This Gran Canaria commune, on the island's east coast, carries a mural by Erik Air titled Energía.

The Canaries have an active mural scene, carried by the Sabotaje al Montaje collective and by several island festivals. The archipelago offers a favourable configuration: a climate allowing painting year-round, a fabric of pale render with large continuous surfaces, and municipalities that adopted the mural early as a tool of attractiveness in towns the beach tourism industry left aside.
