The Kampong Glam neighborhood, centered around Victoria Street and Jalan Klapa, has become home to several iconic commissioned works. Artists such as Ernest Zacharevic created interactive installations there, blending realistic painting with three-dimensional elements affixed to the wall — works that invite passersby to become part of the composition.
