Where to find street art in St Julian's (Malta)
St Julian's is a lively coastal town north of Malta's capital, known for its seafront, vibrant nightlife and artistic quarters. The Spinola Bay neighborhood is one of its most distinctive areas, with bars, restaurants and cobbled lanes running alongside medieval bastions.
Since the 2010s, St Julian's has established itself as a hub for Malta's street art scene. Artist James Micallef Grimaud (Twitch), pioneer of graffiti on the island, has created several major works here, including the largest mural ever painted in Malta on Forrest Street.
The town also houses 2B Gallery, specializing in contemporary and local street art, which has helped professionalize and promote Malta's street art scene to an international audience.
