This commune in the Saint-Brieuc conurbation, at the head of the bay, handed its walls to figurative and accessible painting, largely turned towards childhood and wildlife. The recorded murals show a toucan, a lion and a rabbit painted with schoolchildren, a ginger cat, a fox asleep beneath a sun wearing sunglasses, a horse, a hedgehog and a squirrel.

The supports are those of a town of ten thousand people: school walls, the underside of a bridge, public facilities. An underwater mural fills a bridge deck, while another pairs seabirds with a lighthouse, motifs pointing straight to the nearby bay and its nature reserve.

The context is a territory that took up urban art from 2018 onwards. Saint-Brieuc, a few kilometres away, counts more than seventy murals produced by its successive festivals, Just Do Paint and Shake Art, which brought in dozens of local and international artists. Neighbouring communes followed, at their own scale and with their own subjects.
