Map of street art in San Nicolás de los Arroyos (Argentina)

San Nicolás de los Arroyos is a city of around 145,000 people in the north of Buenos Aires province, on the western bank of the Paraná river, halfway between Buenos Aires and Rosario. The historic capital of Argentine steelmaking (home of the Acindar foundry) and a Marian pilgrimage site with its Virgin of San Nicolás, the city blends industrial and religious heritage.

Its street art scene has grown since 2022 around the Bunker SN mural festival, which invites Argentinian and international artists to transform downtown façades. The Buenos Aires muralist Martin Ron painted his Crepúsculo mural there in 2024, his third contribution to the city.

San Nicolás is part of the Argentine street art circuit that also includes Buenos Aires, Rosario, Córdoba and La Plata.
