Street artwork app - account deletion

Delete your account from the app

Deletion happens directly in the Street Artwork app, with no need to contact support: Options → Settings → Delete my account. After a confirmation step, the account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

What is deleted

- your email address and password;
- your profile (name, description, city, country, website) and your avatar;
- your preferences, your notifications and your push notification token;
- your likes, your badges and your reports;
- your ongoing subscription, which is cancelled at Stripe.

What is kept

The artworks and artist profiles you submitted and that were published stay in the catalogue, because they document works visible in public space and are browsed by other users. They are however permanently detached from your identity: no personal data remains attached to them once your account is deleted.

If you also want one or more of your contributions removed, ask for it before deleting your account at contact@street-artwork.com.

Without access to the app

If you can no longer sign in, write to contact@street-artwork.com from your account's email address (or state the Facebook or Google account used at sign-up).
