An almost 100 m² mural painted in 2020 by Joan Aguiló inside the Mercat de l'Olivar, Palma's oldest covered market. Titled "Els mans que ens sustentin", it pays tribute to the Balearic primary sector: the hands of farmers and fishermen grip leeks, potatoes and nets in an earthy palette. The artist chose hands as the protagonists to evoke collective labour rather than individual portraits.
