Painted on the white metal cladding of the Constitution sports hall, a wide-brimmed-hat creature reaches a clawed hand towards a small fish. The body is built from flat yellows, greens and reds outlined in heavy black, with a chain of blue links and a tiny floating skull. The piece was made during the 2019 jam on the building.
