Signed by Nhobi, this mural on place des Augustines shows a cubist fisherman with a yellow and blue face, a single large eye and a smoking pipe. Sitting in a white boat, he wears a striped sailor's top, red boots and a blue cap topped with a tiny Notre-Dame de la Garde, and holds up a net full of red fish. A large orange disc spreads behind him like a setting sun. A Brazilian artist based in Marseille, Nhobi is known for these one-eyed characters and for the fishermen he has painted around Le Panier; his signature shows up again a few metres away on the same square.
