Two octopuses overlap on a cream wall in Le Panier. The upper one, orange and steel blue, reaches its suckered tentacles around a ventilation grille it seems about to tear off; the lower one, purple and pink, curls its own towards the ground, its ringed yellow eye fixed on the passer-by. Potted plants at the foot of the wall further blur the line between painted and real.
