Kid Kréol & Boogie is a duo from Réunion Island made up of Jean-Sébastien Clain, born in 1984, and Yannis Nanguet, born in 1983, both graduates of the École supérieure d'art de La Réunion and based in Saint-Denis. Three organic black masses unfold along a white wall, filled entirely with concentric contour lines in rainbow colours, like a mapped relief. The Réunion duo Kid Kréol & Boogie painted this mural in 2024 at La Friche la Belle de Mai as part of the Astèr Atèrla exhibition, which brought together thirty-four artists from Réunion Island. A multicoloured credit line runs along the foot of the wall bearing their names, the year and the exhibition title.
