On the gable of this corner house, Polish artist M-City (Mariusz Waras) stencilled a world map seized in the jaws of an industrial machine, in white line on a black ground. The dark skin advances over the orange render in broad tears outlined in white, leaving an island of colour at the centre, right opposite the brick church tower. Painted for the CityLeaks festival in 2013 in the Ehrenfeld district, the piece carries his signature at bottom right.
