"Schöner Wohnen auf der Kiefernstrasse" covers the first three houses of the street across more than 800 m², which makes it one of the largest painted walls in Germany. It was made in 2004 under the direction of Klaus Klinger for the Farbfieber association, with painters from Brazil, Indonesia and South Africa and a dozen Düsseldorf writers, and deliberately assembles very different styles into a single whole. On this bay a spotted yellow leopard leaps above a small black monkey, among blue leaves and a squirrel drawn higher up.
