Across an entire gable end, Hendrik Beikirch, aka ECB, paints in black and white the legs and the elegant but worn shoes of an unknown man standing on a bed of gravel. Framed at ground level, the figure is left faceless: only the texture of cloth and leather is there to tell his story. Painted in October 2022 at the invitation of the 40° Urban Art collective, on the corner of Erkrather Straße, a few steps from Kiefernstraße.
