Painted by German artist Mr. Woodland, this monumental mural covers the entire blind gable of a housing block. A one-man band in a red suit, wearing a visored full helmet fed by hoses, plays the accordion with blue-grey hands resting on the keys. Behind him a swarm of instruments and objects unfolds, frozen mid-explosion: brass horns, a trumpet, a bell, a drum and shattered parasols. The khaki and pale-green palette lifted by red accents, and the interplay between the realism of the figure and the graphic fragments of the background, are hallmarks of the artist.
