On the gable wall of a building in Saint-Nazaire, a broadly smiling trumpet player fills the foreground while a double bass player, a woman seated in a pink armchair, a man in a white cap and a child answer one another amid dense foliage, in a muted range of mauve, pink and grey green. Painted with brushes and rollers for the Les Escales festival in 2019, the mural is, in the artist's own words, a celebration of the power of dialogue and of music as a universal language.
