An entire gable is covered with a composition in ochre, blue and cream in which a coffee pot, a lantern and large teardrop forms can be recognised, treated as sculpted volumes. The letters H and 3 sit within the pattern as graphic elements. The supple geometry and muted palette suggest art deco as much as cubism.
