Two stylised clownfish swim across a wall of bare breeze blocks: orange bodies crossed by white bands, fins textured with fine hatching and, in place of pectorals, actual hands with tapering fingers. Each head carries a human face in profile, eye half closed and pink lips, grafted onto the animal form. Fish are the signature motif of Gonçalo MAR, whose tag means "sea" in Portuguese.
