Signed Pitanga, this painting fills a concrete panel edged in magenta along Passeio do Báltico. A bright blue profile is built from flat colour outlined in black: a single large eye whose yellow iris holds a heart, a gold nose ring, a stuck-out tongue. A star containing another eye and a concentric flower occupy the left, blue geometric shapes the right, and a row of small skulls runs along the foot of the panel. The esoteric imagery is defused by that tongue and by the bright, joyful palette typical of the artist.
