Painted in May 2022 across the two corner facades of the Le Coq Wallon restaurant, the mural shows a woman holding a basket of chicory and, on the adjoining wall, a grower presenting a few heads of the vegetable. It pays tribute to the market gardening that made the village of Saint-Symphorien known. The piece belongs to the City of Mons trail « L'Art habite la Ville ».
