Two basketball courts painted in 2016 by KAWS in Sara D. Roosevelt Park, at the corner of Stanton and Forsyth Streets on Manhattan's Lower East Side. Commissioned by Nike for $300,000, the artwork spreads the artist's signature motifs and colours across the asphalt, including his X-eyed characters. The courts remain open to public play.
