Mural painted in 2022 by Trepo Parker and calligrapher Hades Infierno on a wall along Avenida Yáñez in Guadalajara. The piece depicts an Indigenous elder in a straw hat offering up a blue corn cob, which the artist treats as a ritual offering. Around her runs a spiraling golden calligraphy signed by Hades Infierno — a graphic halo that elevates the figure to priestess and pays tribute to the sacred role of corn in Mesoamerican cultures.
