Black-and-white mural painted in 2023 by Paola Delfín in Mexico City for Johnnie Walker México, made with AIR-INK, an ink produced from exhaust emissions that actively absorbs atmospheric pollution. The piece unfolds two feminine portraits woven into a stylized forest, an ear of corn, a hummingbird and pre-Hispanic glyphs, beneath the engraved word 'MEX.' The artist probes the link between body, ancestral memory and care for the living.
