Monumental mural installed in December 2023 on the façade of The Contemporary Austin — Jones Center in the heart of Congress Avenue. The fourth commission in the museum's façade series, following Deborah Roberts, Daniel Johnston and Jenny Holzer, the work draws on the Greek myth of Icarus to unfold a dense bestiary — leopard, snakes, birds — woven into a landscape of trees and clouds where Indian iconography, Mughal motifs and Roman architecture collide.
