Biography
SNYDER is a Berlin-based street artist born in 1981, a trained architect (Dipl.-Ing. Arch., TU Berlin, 2008) and graffiti writer since 1994. His work focuses on wild and endangered animal species, rendered through layered spray paint with intentional chromatic aberration effects that challenge visual perception. His most iconic works adorn the walls of Teufelsberg in Berlin - including a sleeping polar bear and a zebra installation called "Zebroc," both symbolising freedom and diversity. He also works on canvas, paper, and reclaimed S-Bahn train doors. His creations have been exhibited in Germany, the USA, Indonesia, Switzerland, France, and Austria.
