Tasso

Tasso (Jens Müller), born in 1966 in Meerane, Germany, is one of the pioneers of photorealistic graffiti. Active since the early 1990s, he co-founded the MaClaim crew in 2001 with Akut, Case and Rusk, internationally recognised for their hyperrealistic spray-paint murals. Tasso also created the iBUg festival, held annually since 2006 in abandoned industrial sites across Germany. His work - blending portraits, figurative scenes and drip compositions in the "Graffoto" technique he popularised - has been shown in some thirty countries.
