Paula Marie

Paula Marie is a Berlin-based artist whose practice revolves around portraiture drawn as a single continuous line. A fine-arts student at the UdK Berlin, she combines Japanese alcohol markers, ink and spray paint to capture faces in moments of authentic encounter. Her socially and politically engaged work includes a 2023 ONE WALL mural in Charlottenburg-Nord paying tribute to the Heilmann family and the resistance against National Socialism. She has exhibited at Monumenta Leipzig, Moores & Moores Art Gallery in Perth, and the Next Now festival at Berlin's RAW-Gelände.
