Biography
JD Art, born Jamelle Davis, is a Canadian muralist of British-Canadian heritage based in Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta. His style blends pop art and realism, with large-scale murals exploring life's dualities — risk and joy, boldness and expression. He completed his first international commission in Berlin for the MAAYA project, a three-wall mural on the former Haubentaucher building at RAW-Gelände, alongside works by 1UP and Banksy. Recipient of the City of Edmonton's Award of Excellence in Urban Design in 2025 and 2026, he also runs the clothing brand The Creators Club.
