Tautvydas Parapinavičius

Tautvydas Parapinavičius is a Lithuanian muralist based in Vilnius. He is best known for his « Cat and a Bookshelf » mural, painted in May 2019 in the Naujininkai district on Dariaus ir Girėno street, as a community-driven project. The piece depicts a colourful bookshelf whose spines pay tribute to writers of various nationalities who once lived in Vilnius, alongside a white cat that has become a neighbourhood landmark. His practice blends figurative illustration, vivid colours and themes rooted in the city's cultural memory.
