Noïse aka N°15

Christophe, known as Noïse aka N°15, is a self-taught artist from Strasbourg active since the early 1990s. He started with stencils before fully switching to graffiti, going freelance in 1999. His practice blends graffiti, graphic design and painting, with a soft spot for colorful animal portraits - elephants, bears, orangutans, owls - painted on Strasbourg's utility boxes. A regular at the COLORS Urban Art Festival (2020 through 2025), he uses his work to champion wildlife and environmental causes.
