ERRE

ERRE is a Colombian street artist from Zipaquirá, near Bogotá. Trained as an industrial designer, she has developed since her teenage years a distinctive practice combining stencil work with hand-drawn illustration — bold black-and-white graphics set against flat fields of vivid colour. Her work explores gender dynamics, machismo and the universal human condition through powerful female figures, symbolic animals and recurring motifs of skulls and flames. Her murals can be seen in Bogotá, Medellín, Paris, Berlin, New York and in Grenoble as part of the Street Art Fest.
