Biography
Félix Reboto, known as Spok Brillor, was born on October 2, 1978 in Madrid. He began painting graffiti at the age of eleven, developing his style as a member of the local TBC crew throughout the 1990s and into 2003. Holding a Fine Arts degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, he built his visual language from the graffiti idiom of that era: bold outlines, plays of light and shadow, and saturated, vibrant colors that generate atmospheres of mystery and fantasy.
Over the course of his career, the artist expanded into large-scale murals, neon installations, and canvas work, while maintaining a constant dialogue with urban space. His art blends hyperrealistic technique with metaphor, irony, and visual humor, populating compositions with surrealist fictional characters. His work has been shown in more than twenty countries at venues including the Tate Modern, Museo Thyssen, Wynwood Walls in Miami, and Somerset House in London.
