Trepo Parker

Trepo Parker

Biography

Trepo Parker is a Mexican muralist based in Guadalajara, known for a hyperrealist style applied to portraits of anonymous figures from Mexico's Indigenous and rural communities. Trained in the local graffiti scene, he has gradually refined a spray-can technique capable of rendering skin grain and textile weave at monumental scale.

His practice often engages with other artists from the region — notably the calligrapher Hades Infierno, with whom he signs four-handed pieces that combine portraiture and sacred lettering. The two artists collaborate around themes of agricultural resilience, Mesoamerican spirituality and the intergenerational transmission of knowledge.

His murals appear on the streets of Guadalajara's historic center and along Avenida Yáñez, where in 2022 he painted 'Sacerdotisa del maíz' — the corn priestess — with Hades Infierno. His work has since been featured in surveys of Latin American street art and documented by Street Art Utopia.
