Biography
Ira "Pele" was born in Korolyov, Moscow district, Russia in 1988. She studied design at Moscow B&D (Institute of Business and Design) and graduated in 2015. She is a rising star of Moscow street-art scene and participates in many well-known street-galleries. She also works at abandoned places near her native town.
