Biography

Born in Villadangos del Páramo, in the province of León, Manuel García Juan trained in printmaking at the León School of Arts before moving to large spray-painted murals. A professional since the mid-2010s, he is credited by the local press with more than 500 walls across León, Burgos, Valladolid and Palencia, plus a few pieces in Liverpool and London.

His style is realistic, with recurring subjects drawn from the wildlife and history of Castile and León. He appears in the Art Aero Rap line-up in La Bañeza as early as 2015 and 2016, and again in 2024. During Pispajos Urban Fest 2024 in Guardo he painted his two cats, Santín and Draculina, across the twin facades of a five-storey building. The piece won the Street Art Cities monthly award in October 2024, a year after his goldfinch mural "Jilguero El Chollo" was nominated.

In Sahagún he won a town council competition in 2020 with a pilgrim passing under the San Benito arch, and in 2025 painted a monumental portrait of Queen Urraca I of León that also reached the platform's worldwide finals. In September 2026 he completed an 82-square-metre wall in Villamoratiel depicting the cycles of wheat and vine.
