Biography
Anna Repullo paints in a realistic figurative style centred on the human figure, working from her own photographs, archive images or film stills. She comes from Sant Feliu de Llobregat, near Barcelona, where she painted her first official wall in 2015 at the Válvulas y Ritmos event. Her murals often show gestures of intimacy and shelter between two people.
She has won a string of mural competitions: Badajoz pinta in 2020, the University of Valencia contest in 2021 with Rostros, the Andújar contest that same year, the first Galería Cincuenta700 competition in Caspe in 2022, and the Sahagún contest in the province of León in 2024 with Labriega. In La Bañeza she painted Cuando sentimos, a piece about the bond between two beings.
