Biography
Sonik looks for every kind of surface to paint on. He practises illegal graffiti and takes up the disciplines that go with it: typography, drawing, walking, architecture, climbing and photography.
His taste for adventure takes him to places with strong character and chaotic suburban zones, particularly in the Balkans, where he comes from. There he pursues a photographic project somewhere between documentary and diary, paying attention to context and vernacular details.
He keeps a close eye on cities and the people who live in them. In 2019 he painted a wall near the Louis Varin stadium in Mondeville with Lizee for the Palma festival.
