Biography
Sobek and Kcis are twin brothers. Together they form Sobekcis, and they started out with classic graffiti in the streets of Belgrade, Serbia.
Working four-handed in complete fusion, they developed a more complex approach to their practice. The brothers experiment with and bend the rules of graffiti to create their own visual language: flat colours break away from the letter, lines break free to become shapes and colours come forward in harmonious palettes.
The result is rhythmic, balanced compositions that keep the spontaneity of graffiti. In 2023 the duo painted two house gables in Caen for the Palma festival.
