Biography
Yuzhen Ke, known as Nut, was born in 2000 in Zhanjiang, Guangdong, and got into graffiti at 15. His work spans street painting, studio work and installation. He is credited as the first Chinese artist to bring the imagery of blue-and-white porcelain (qinghua) into graffiti, breaking its classic motifs down into a pattern language of his own. In 2024 he painted a wall on rue du Grand Hargous in Bayonne for the eighth Points de Vue festival, an edition devoted to black and white. The following year, at Metropolink in Heidelberg, he painted a mural on the idea of the Tao and on how love takes shape. He also reworked a Pershing tank on the festival grounds as a comment on the futility of war.
