Chloé Kelly Miller

Chloé Kelly Miller was born in Rouen in 1995 and lives in Paris. She began making art in 2018 while studying clinical psychology, which she completed in 2019, and her work looks at the unconscious, identity and how it is represented. Self-taught, she paints brightly coloured, wide-eyed figurative characters in acrylic, ink, spray paint, oil pastel or Posca, on canvas, paper and walls, and also works in photography and sculpture. In April 2023 she painted the free wall of the Espace du Palais in Rouen, using a cooler, more pastel palette than usual to suit the historic centre, and she has shown work in Paris, Bangkok, Spain and at the Carrousel du Louvre. She painted live at Plein Champ, the urban art festival in Le Mans' Parc du Gué-de-Maulny, in July 2026.
