Dupin & Duclos

Dupin & Duclos is the duo of Jordane Dupin and Corentin Duclos, who met at the LISAA art school in Nantes and work between Nantes and Angers. They have drawn together since 2011 on the exquisite-corpse principle, always four hands on the same piece and as spontaneously as possible, turning professional in 2018. Their cities are playful and dreamlike, borrowed from comics, and hold no human or animal presence at all: the viewer is left to narrate them. Since 2020 they have painted large-format works across France, often in participatory projects fed by stories gathered from residents.
