Sery

Mickaël Graça, known as Sery, is a graffiti writer from La Rochelle who started tagging in 1994, drawn in by a Paris cousin from the TGC crew. He founded LORD (Lord Of Rupella Design), set up in 2001 to spread graffiti culture in the city, and runs its Lord in the West festival, which drew more than a hundred painters in 2023. His work plays on blue tones, wave effects and distortions, at scales up to forty-metre construction hoardings. He represents the VEC, MGC and WAD crews.
