Jussi TwoSeven

Jussi TwoSeven is a Finnish artist based in Helsinki who came out of 1990s graffiti and has been painting since the age of thirteen. Trained as an engineer and self-taught as a painter, he developed his own spray and stencil technique, used since 2004 for public commissions as well as for his studio work. Over the past decade he has mostly painted large-scale animals drawn from Finland's wildlife: a great grey owl covers the front of the Flying Cinema in Helsinki, a long-eared owl the wall at Kupittaa in Turku. He exhibits in Finland and in Germany.
