Maria Szulc

Maria Szulc is an artist from Poznań, a graduate of the city's university of arts, who divides her work between painting, illustration and painted walls. Her murals combine realistic figures, flowers and scenes drawn from local archives, in bold colours. She painted "Kobieca siła" in Świątniki Małe, the village where she grew up, the wall marking seventy years of autonomy for the Poznań University of Life Sciences, and a tribute to Izabella Cywińska for the Teatr Nowy. In 2023 she completed a triptych in Giżycko, spread across three buildings on Wilanowska Street.
