Barys

Marcin Barjasz, known as Barys, is one of the mainstays of the Łódź graffiti scene. A member of the Design Futura group founded in 1998, he co-painted the monumental 2001 mural on Piotrkowska Street, for years the largest in Europe. He has since painted commissioned walls across the city, among them "Nauka kluczem do wiedzy" (2011), a fist of books holding a key, and set up the Galeria Mobilna project.
